The New Sisterhood 1

The Sisterhood of Temple Beth Torah is an auxiliary of our Temple. The purpose of our organization is to foster and further the highest ideals of Judaism, to promote closer fellowships among our members, and in cooperation with the Temple and congregation, be a mentor for religious, social, and educational activities within the community.

Sisterhood is open to all members of our congregation as well as women who are not members of our congregation. As a welcoming gift from Sisterhood, all-new Temple members receive their first year’s Sisterhood membership free. Sisterhood dues are paid on an annual basis from July 1st through June 30th.

Sisterhood women are committed in their support of Temple Beth Torah, the community, and those less fortunate than us. Sisterhood is only as strong as the participation by its membership. Our contributions and participation are visible in all facets of Temple life. We hope that you will join us.
